ABOUT

Jennifer Young | Broker in Charge, EVO Real Estate
Jennifer Young offers a perspective on the Charleston market that few can claim. A native of Hanahan, her history with the Wando and Cainhoy areas dates back to a time when the connection between these communities was just beginning to shape the region. Having watched the Clements Ferry/Hwy 41 Corridor transform from quiet marshland into a thriving residential hub, she provides her clients with an "insider’s intuition" that simply cannot be replicated.
Since entering the real estate industry in 2012, Jennifer has built a career defined by stability and local advocacy. Now serving as the Broker in Charge at EVO Real Estate, she has overseen a diverse portfolio of transactions ranging from multi-million dollar land deals to residential sales in the greater Lowcountry.
Her approach is characterized by a "direct-yet-approachable" philosophy. Rather than relying on high-pressure sales tactics, Jennifer prioritizes authentic connection and hyper-local data.
Her involvement with the Philip Simmons Schools and her deep-rooted network—some spanning over 25 years—reflects a commitment to the community that goes well beyond the closing table.
For Jennifer, real estate is about more than property values; it is about the long-term health of the community she has called home her entire life. When she isn't navigating complex negotiations, she is typically found with her two sons, staying active in the coastal lifestyle that defines the Lowcountry.
