WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?
If you are purchasing a home, there is no cost to you, as seller pays Realtor fees.
The National average for listing a home is 6%. Although I am not your average agent, I don’t typically adjust commission. Depending on if another agent is involved, my average commission is 4-6%. With my years of experience and market knowledge, you will pocket more money by having me on your side than trying to pinch pennies.
DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?
In South Carolina, you will need an attorney to finalize your purchase or sale. I have partnered with some of the best. If you have your own attorney, that’s fantastic as well.
HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERSÂ FOR MY PROPERTY?
I will market your home in every single way including professional photography, staging assistance, targeted marketing, social media, paid advertising, megaphones, etc.
DO I NEED A PRE-APPROVAL BEFORE I CAN SEE HOMES?
In this type of market, you absolutely need to be prepared. I could show you one home today and before you even call the lender, the home has sold. Also, many sellers have requested only qualified buyers are able to view their home.
